\u201cDELTA EXPLORATIONS\u201d is designed for students in grades 7-10. Students have the opportunity to explore California\u2019s amazing delta ecosystem. The politics and ecology of California\u2019s water battle is investigated in the module \u201cWater Fight!\u201d In the module \u201cThe Journey Home,\u201d study is focused on the interrelationship of the Sacramento\/San Joaquin Delta and migrating species of fish and waterfowl. \u201cValley Birds\u201d helps students to learn how to identify bird species using field identification guides.
