In the module \u201cI Was Just Petrified,\u201d students visit a fossil site to gain an understanding of California\u2019s past ecosystems. Students visit the famous Carrizo Plain National Monument and study a section of the San Andreas fault in the module \u201cShake, Rattle and Roll.\u201d The politics and ecology of California\u2019s water battle is investigated in the module \u201cWater Fight!,\u201d and \u201cCan I Please Get a Straw.\u201d Other modules include \u201cBlack Gold,\u201d \u201cEcology of Farming,\u201d and \u201cI Need a Drink!.\u201d — Groups are responsible for their own meals on this program.<\/span><\/p>\nPlanned Activities*:<\/h3>\n
